Rules & Regulations:
  1. Each team should consist of 2 members
  2. Prelims will be conducted as first round and qualified teams move to next set of rounds
  3. Any team found to be violating the rules, using unfair means, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner will be penalized
  4. Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker round will be conducted to determine the winner
