"Safe Food & Secure Health-Training with FoSTac"
FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) Level 2 is designed to equip participants with in-depth knowledge of food safety management systems as mandated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). The training focuses on critical aspects of hygiene, sanitation, hazard analysis, and compliance to ensure food safety across manufacturing, retail, and catering sectors. Upon successful completion, participants will be certified as Food Safety Supervisors, empowering them to implement and monitor effective food safety practices within their organizations.
