Description:

Welcome to Groovetone, the ultimate battle of the bands competition where rhythm, melody, and soul collide! Join us for a day of elite bands vying for the ultimate title in rhythm and soul.

Rules & Regulations:

Participants are required to bring their own instruments
A standard 5-piece drumkit with cymbals and a keyboard stand will be provided
The number of members in a band should be a maximum of 10 members
A total performance duration of 15 mins will be provided (5 mins sound check + 10 mins performance)
Participants should strictly adhere to the time limits and exceeding the same will lead to the risk of disqualification
Use of Pre-recorded loops, arpeggios or rhythm patterns will result in negative marking
Original compositions will have brownie points
Songs with inappropriate lyrics and abusive language are strictly prohibited
Bands are free to cover songs of any genre and language
Marks will be calculated based on the band tightness, synchronization, arrangement and finishing within the given time limit
Judge's decision will be final
